    Oscar Carvalho is an accomplished automotive industry veteran who brings a wealth of experience in strategically designing factories to implement the latest technical processes including hot stamping, roll forming, hydroforming and laser welding. Mr. Carvalho’s core competencies include advanced manufacturing technology, operational standards and process designs, customer engineering and tooling design, launch equipment, plant technology advancement, operational technical recovery and improvement plans.

    Wilson Diep is an established operations professional with over 30 years of hands-on experience in component/system design and development for manufacturability/assembly. Mr. Diep has managed global programs leveraging the manufacturing disciplines of stamping, metal forming, roll forming, robotic welding, tube bending and hydroforming. Among Mr. Diep’s career milestones is successfully leading a team of specialists in APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) on a 30+ million USD project which generated 100+ million USD in annual sales.
